Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
This store is in the Eden shopping centre very close to the bus station end of the centre and benefiting from a Cineworld cinema close at hand as well as shops as diverse as Tescos and Primark. The Parking is ample and multi-storey above the shopping centre, so not one to visit in a minibus, costing £1 for 1 hour £1.80 for 2 hours £2.50 for 3 hours and £3 for 4 hours.
The store has a double height glass front with an upstairs mezzanine floor set back from the front of the store so providing an internal balcony and a double height section at the front featuring a tile feature. The staff were friendly and due to the large number of diners we had a long wait for a table. The decor was good, but the store was let down by the toilets!!! The men's toilet had an overflowing urinal with an over flowing bucket beneath it flooding the floor in a mixture of water and urine and resulting in my shoes getting soaked.
The food faired much better and the chicken was very tasty, the chips a good size portion and hot and so the meal was enjoyed.
