


Certainly not a bad nando's experience by any means, but this did not stand out as one of the best for a couple of reasons. Most importantly, I did not find the some of the staff to be particularly helpful. When I ordered my food, the RYN discount wasn't put through and I didn't notice until immediately after I paid (my fault for not checking price really). I enquired about the discount and spoke to a couple of members of staff after this and none seemed particularly interested or helpful. I was just told, 'Too late now. You've paid already so I can't put it through.' Some sort of acknowledgement or a token gesture - a few extra chips maybe? - would've been nice.
Food arrived quite quickly, but for me it lacked a bit of crispiness in the skin. You need a bit of lovely crunch!
