My order was incorrect after I had ordered online. I only realised after getting back to my office. I wasn't able to return until later that day. The manager at the Holborn restaurant was fantastic, brilliant customer service as my lunch was ruined as the order was wrong but the manager corrected this by offering me the correct order therefore resolving the matter immediately.
I will definitely be returning and bringing friends. Please thank the Holborn manager for me as this is how you treat customers. Incredibly professional and polite.
