I came to holloway Nando’s on a busy Friday evening. I booked a collection beforehand. There were many people and all the seats were filled. Staff were working hard and fast to complete the orders. Delivery drivers kept coming and queuing up. It was exceptionally busy. Nevertheless the staff attended to everyone within their capacity and answered any queries. I waited for a half hour past my collection time but due to the circumstances I understood what the staff were dealing with and trying to fulfil orders as fast as possible. Kind woman apologised when my order was ready. The food was really good. I was impressed with the hard work put in by the team and their speed in such a fast paced environment
