This new store in Horsham is a short walk from an expensive car park. This new store looked good from the outside but wasn't that impressive inside and was a bit squashed in with too many tables down stairs, following in a large group of kids for a party I requested somewhere far away from noisy kids and was put on a table near to the counter. Whilst I was at the counter they decided to seat a family next to my table and pushed my table up against the couples table the other side (I don't think they appreciated me being at the table during a romantic date anymore than I didn't want to be next to them.) And put a high chair against my table on the other side for a screaming little messy kid with bad parent syndrome and his massive family all of whom seemed to be neglected by the dire parents. They had to move the high chair for me to get back to my seat which meant i was trapped in there and couldn't take advantage of the refills on beverages. I also had to keep all the stuff at the other end of the table bordering onto the couples meal so the little gits snotty fingers couldn't touch it as his parents ignored him groping my table despite my words of get off and giving the parents the dirtiest glare.
The chips were luke warm with a measly amount of peri sprinkle, no chance to complain as the waitress did the run by drop plate approach to service. When some one did come across and ask how my meal was I pointed at the kid trying to grab the chips with his filthy fingers and said "how do you think? I did tell you I don't like kids" to which she sort of shrugged her shoulders and walked off.
I can't emphasize how much I hated my visit here. As soon as I had finished I got the brat moved so i could get out and I topped up my glass standing next to the beverage machine getting weird looks from the counter staff to make up for the amount I couldn't have during my meal.
Aweful experiance.
