I came for a dine in tonight at hounslow nandos and for some reason my boyfriend lost the receipt for the order . We were already in the table as we just finished a dine in service food and boyfriend and me and I decided to order more food for takeaway and then this lady from hounslow nandos called for certain order number using receipt and me and my boyfriend mentioned that it may be ours coz my boyfriend lost the receipt and if there is any way to reconfirm by stating the order that we made to make sure it is ours and this lady blonde girl looks Eastern European who was very rude to even reconfirm for our order and i said what if we lost the receipt . And she still wanted the receipt . I showed them my phone that has deduction from nandos and my boyfriend made the order reconfirmation as well vervbally . And the way she approached us is rude. I have been in the same industry for a long time and you dont treat your customer that way. She is rude. Hope you choose and train your staff more to be more professional and not rude...march 20, 2020 hounslow feltham . And because of this experience i dont want to recommend this branch at all, once again train your staff or choose your staff well . Thank you
