Hounslow - Gerry Louis Review

I normally never look at people's names but Frank in this restaurant was sooo kind and helpful I had to remember and remark on his service.
Given a table straight away, Frank was my host. He in no way rushed me to take my order but he was attentive in asking for details about my table, my Nando's card and in taking my order. He explained the change in policy of fino side deals (which I knew nothing about tbh because my bill is nearly always the same) and actually made the payment for me with my bank card.
With less than a 10 minute wait for the food, he then brought it over himself though many other waiting staff had smiled at me whilst walking past before my food was ready. I believed him when he said I should enjoy the food.
The mash was a bit lumpy but I was so hungry as I literally went there straight from the gym, so it didn't bother me too much. The chicken was soo tasty, plenty of sauce on it, juicy and so moreish, easy to pick off the bone.
There are a lot of male members of staff in that branch and they all seem to get along really well playing jokes on each other and generally having fun, I enjoyed my meal in there, and will likely go again.
