I have been coming to the Hove branch in Brighton 3/4 times a week for a very long time. I thought it's time to give credit where credit is due. I would like to point out 2 members of staff at the Hove branch in Brighton for their utmost, excelling service. First of which is Anatalio. He is extremely friendly, always working with a smile on his face. He goes out of his way to make sure customers are satisfied and he makes sure that the food is up to standard. I also notice that when he is working he is always gentle and kind to the staff and to the customers. I have been coming to this branch for a very long time and have witnessed him work to the best quality he can and he is always running around, trying to make sure that everything is running up to high standards, from kitchen staff, to shop floor, to cleanliness of the tables and counter tops. He is extremely hard working and I genuinely cannot fault him at all. The other member of staff is Jesus. He is extremely hard working as well, very welcoming and always makes sure the customers are happy. When he is hosting, he is so efficient, polite and makes sure that people are seated fairly quick, even at busy times. Again, I have seen him work when me and my fiance would come in and he is honestly one of the best food catering workers I have ever seen. He also has a brilliant sense of humour, unlike a lot of staff. The more the staff are jokey, kind and welcoming to the customers, the more captivating it becomes and they will come more regularly - and this is what both of these members of staff have achieved with me, my fiance and a lot of my friends. Honestly, this branch would not be the same without them. If there is a way to credit them, whether it is through a raise or a promotion, I highly urge you to consider them both. Many thanks.
