Huddersfield - Anonymous Review

just had my first experience of Rude staff at the Nando's in Huddersfield. Never experienced this before, usually a great lover of Nando's and the atmosphere. My number 1 choice most of the time. On this occasion, the meal is still in my stomach following the rudeness of how the meal was brought to me! why don't you through the food at me , even the person sitting on the next table was SHOCKED! + the "not care attitude" of another staff that came to ask me if my meal was ok. i did explain my frustrastion at that point and apparently the manager was going to come to see me but never did ! and the other rude staff never apologise either before i left... i got more 'don't care look' instead. SO now I'm ANGRY! Very Poor for Nando's. With that experience, you lost a great customer. I am so close to spread this but this is unfair to the good service i have had from Nando's place in the past . YOU need to sort it out before you get more Angry customers. According to some the google reviews, I'm not alone .
