Ordered food online to be collected at 19:40. Still sitting here at 20:10 without any food. This is not the first time the staff have started making my food after the collection time, and also not the first time I’ve been told that ‘they’re just finishing making it’. I’d much prefer it if I were just told ‘sorry, we’ve not started making it yet’ than being expected to wait for food that should have been ready 30 minutes ago that’s is supposedly ‘nearly ready’.
