Dear Mr/Ms,
I, regular customer of Nandos IOI Mall Putrajaya. I am here by to complained about your service that was given by two of your female stuff. it happened yesterday, I was about to enter your restaurant and both of your female stuff did not greet me and my friends politely. One of the female workers has an appearance of short hair, wear glasses, short and she has tan skin. While the other one has the fairest skin among all other workers. i was planning to celebrate my friend birthday there when your workers prevent us from entering. she kept on insisting us to ask their supervisor to held a celebration there. The one with the fair skin, has approach us and look at us decorating the table with her displeasing/glare eyes. We had spent the amount of rm 200+ in order for us to celebrate one of our family members there and we should not deserve this kind of treatment as your customer. she kept on asking where did we get the paper bag and a box that we had received from one of your male stuff rudely. im 100% with the amount of rm 200 had spent at your restaurant, WE DESERVE a paper bag and a box FOR FREE.
