2 (Quite rude, ignored me as they walked past)

2 (15 - 25 mins - Where's the food? Might have asked a staff member)

4 (Very clean, newly furnished, impressive artwork and lighting)

The service is slow and sometimes being ignored by the staff when we want to refill the drinks.
The cup is getting smaller. Is it not enough budget that's why change all the cup?
They are many staffs working but don't know is it those staffs are trained to not to have eye contact with the customers so that they no need to refill the drinks so many times?
