Went to place an order to be told they were out of whole, half and quarter chickens. I asked if the other Ipswich Nando’s had any, only to be told they are separate restaurants so if I wanted to know I had to phone them myself. I asked if they could check. Again to be told no, they were out of chicken at that branch, if I wanted it elsewhere then they’re not interested in helping and I’d have to sort out myself. I then asked how I could complain about the blunt and unhelpful service, and then the manager (Shem) came out and initially said the same, but then finally and very reluctantly phoned and confirmed the other Ipswich restaurant did have some. Overall they staff were highly disinterested and very unhelpful.
