Kensal Rise - Anonymous Review

I have been visiting this restaurant day one it was opened Recently they have employed a duty manager Kadeen I hope I have spelt her name correctly whom I think position has gone in her head that she thinks she would set her own rules telling customers (myself and children) were not allowed to sit where we wanted even though the place was vacant. She offered the table to a group of two but for us where we were three people didn't qualify to sit there.

She sneezed on her hand without washing her hand and was still serving customers food ; someone may think I'm saying this because she upset me but this is honest true because I was watching her . I have worked in a restaurant for twenty years; well before Covid hit even then we know working in the restaurant you should wash your hands immediately after sneezing or touching unclean surfaces. She was so rude and have a disgusting attitude. They should demote her or train her properly or she's not fit to work in Kensal Rise restaurant.
I also thank Trevor; other duty manager who helped calm matters and I really appreciate his effort.

Maybe somewhereelsat's my opinion. I live in the area and that's my local restaurant. I will campaign for people to stop going there until she's removed.
