Probably one of my most disappointing Nando's experiences ever... About 4pm on a weekday afternoon, the place was pretty empty but the service was painfully slow. As if the ordering process didn't take long enough (only one cashier open), my mate had to wait almost half an hour for his food to come despite having ordered first (they upgraded his chips to large as compensation) which, in turn, made me pick at my food for ages rather than enjoy it as normal. There wasn't much peri salt on my chips and my garlic bread seemed a bit undercooked (soft). A strange thing in this branch was that there are two stations for picking up sauce/cutlery/soft drinks but only one of them has a water dispenser.
