Before this visit, Kentish Town was in my bottom handful of 'avoid' branches and so my expectations were somewhat low... which only made the surprise of receiving free gift boxes of half-a-dozen sauces all the more unexpected!

I arrived a good 20mins early or so in what was filthy weather and greeted by a Nandoca who pointed me down to the long table at the back of the restaurant, where Pompey and Andrew(?) were there (P.S. cheers for the card, Pompey!). Table was laid very well with gifts and glasses, and raises the decor/cleanliness up to an above average 4/5.

Had a bit of a wait after the raffle for the starters, but I'm loathe to criticise for something that's free and there were plenty of wings and pitta for everyone (although the wings didn't really taste of anything - we just smothered them in whatever sauce). Butterfly burger and halloumi were both very good and has helped this branch regain some respectability. Staff were excellent.
