Came to this Nando's after going to watch a play across the road. The cast turned up for their dinner, was kind of weird!
The staff were actually alright on our visit, might have listened to some of the other reviews on here!
The atmosphere was maybe not so great, which might explain the grumpy staff others complained about. The place seemed a bit run down in terms of the fixtures and fittings etc. It didn't feel as lively or inviting as other branches. At the table in front of us there was an arguing couple, and to our right a mum and daughter were shouting at each other, it combined to make a less attractive dining experience.
I cannot remember anything spectacular or unusual about the food, fairly standard.
I do remember waiting longer than I wanted for the food to arrive though, as we had a train to catch. Nothing outrageous mind.
Overall I wouldn't avoid going back, but it wasn't my favourite branch in London.
