Attended the RYN 5 dinner at Kings Cross.

Upon arrival at the restaurant, I informed the staff member at the front of house that I was here for the RYN event and I was quickly ushered downstairs where there was pitta/humous/wings/olives and drinks waiting for us. We had the area to ourselves, which was a really nice touch as it meant that we could chat with the other attendees.

After a while a lot of chicken started to make its way out for us to eat, the staff perhaps weren't sure of their brief as it wasn't always evenly distributed and some people took a while longer to get their food. However once this was rectified, everyone tucked into a Nandos feast and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. The food was fantastic and the staff were only too happy to deal with specific requests.

Afterwards the staff brought out a celebratory cake for the 5th anniversary of RYN and we had a fantastic quiz. I would thoroughly recommend a RYN dinner to those who haven't been.

Kings Cross Nandos is conveniently located right next to Kings Cross station, so if coming up by train just follow the signs to the street level and it is really accessible. It also makes for a fantastic pre/post journey snack as a takeaway, although you may make the other passengers quite jealous!
