Never had a bad experience at this branch. Was totally full and were told we'd have to wait 10 minutes for our table, but within five minutes we had sat down and ordered. Friendly, helpful staff and great food. Always tastes better when it's free too - complained to Nando's about a horrendous experience at the Swiss Cottage branch (see previous review) and they gave me two free combination meals to apologise!
