Would just like to say the girl who was standing at the front desk was extremely rude even after sitting at our table we order about 10/15 mins ago and still didn’t receive our glasses called her over to ask and got a slight eye roll and a sarcastic your glasses will be here when they are here

It was my first time having Nandos, and all my friends recommended the lakeside one and said its best to go Saturday dinner or weekday lunch. I had the chicken butterfly with fries and it was just so good. Nandos will definitely be a once a week thing for me.

I was visiting Nando's with my hubby and kids but my hubby was due to arrive and with two very hungry children what could of been a very sticky situation was turned into a lovely evening had by all ( thanks to Thomas and the Nando's staff at lakeside food court ) .

Lakeside was very busy - Christmas shoppers! Although there was a wait on the door and a bit of a queue at the till the food came out quickly and it was banging!

Nando's 199 was a pleasant visit, although we had to queue for around 10 minutes before being seated at the newest Nando's in Lakeside. It's on the left as you come up the escalator into the food court and does feel quite funky, although slightly too dark to be given a 5 in my opinion.

The manager running the late shift, Liam, actually asked my fiancé to ask me to leave the restaurant as I had finished my main meal and he wanted to seat a group of 7 on the table I was sat on (the table was definitely only big enough for max. 5 people anyway!) Had he himself, or any other staff member actually asked me about my meal or offered desert or coffee, it would of been clear I wasn't finished eating.

I've stayed many, many times in the Premier Inn in Chafford Hundred - and now there are three Nando's to choose from on the doorstep! This Nando's is in "The Eatery" on level 3 of the Lakeside Shopping Centre, meaning there are thousands and thousands of free parking spaces. Don't confuse this one with the other Nando's in this shopping centre (in The Boardwalk section (or Oar Walk since the B and D don't light up)).
