I'm very disappointed about the food and the waiting time. It happens all the time.

Waiting time, nothing below 45 min - hour.
The food (Quater chicken - always burnt beyond recognition), we all got sick in the house.

Hot pot ( rice - tasteless, it's like rice deemed in water and then they put raw veggies)
Hotpot pap - tasteless with raw veggies
