Staff member Jacob was particularly helpful at our visit. He welcomed us at the door and helped us with seating as we had a newborn in a car seat. Ensured the space was clean. Made conversation whilst seating us and handing us menus. Asked how the meal was during service which we had no complaints about. However the rest of the team treated him like rubbish, asking him to do job after job which he was doing whilst tending to customers whilst the other staff stood around and talked including what appeared to be management. Some staff even mentioned that they was staying out back tidying despite numerous tables out front requiring cleaning/tending to.
Hats off to Jacob for his kindness and making our experience out with our newborn welcoming. It’s a shame on the other staff treating their younger staff the way they did.
