Ordered through the app to be told 20 minutes later that it didnt go through. Manager didnt understand what we were saying or what to do, he seemed more confused than us. Even after going up and ordering at the till it took over 30 minutes to come. Had to ask for our drinks to be brought over as we had nothing come to us. Very poor and has put us off the Lincoln Nandos, never had an issue with any before!
