Our first time in any Nandos never mind this restaurant. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Eddie really made us feel special took time to explain everything gave us great advice regarding the new fanta chicken. 5 ⭐ definitely exceeded our expectations

Visit Thursday, restaurant was busy, staff attentive and friendly. We were looked after by Dylan, he was awesome! Food arrived quickly and hot. Overall a good experience and will definitely be returning regularly.

Attended with my family for the first time to the Lisburn restaurant and it was a lovely experience. Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful food and above all friendly, polite and helpful staff especially a young man named Harry who went above and beyond. The place is spotlessly clean too!

Overall a poor visit. The boss (grey haired man) was very rude to other staff. Fortunately will not be returning. Better service next door in slims & that’s saying something.
