Liverpool - Queen Square - Gerry Louis Review
No queue outside this branch and no queue inside which was great considering the waiting time at the other Scouse Nando's branch. As you enter, you step down into the restaurant which has seats off to the right underneath the stairs which leads to a 1st floor area with more seating but I can't remember if there is a second till area. On the left as you enter are a few 4 seater booths which leads to the door to the toilet which is down in the basement. There is a back door entrance on the first floor which leads to the toilets, just means they have another floor to go down.
I didn't actually notice a waiting area but there is a large empty space in front of the till and grill area which is directly opposite the front door. Against the wall is the cutlery and drinks station near the door of the kitchen and counter area where food is served.
Same meal of 1/4 chicken mango and lime with peri chips and garlic bread. About the same time for delivery as the Liverpool one branch however the chicken was visibly burnt and there wasn't much sauce on it, plus the skin was practically missing. They were more generous with the peri salt however less generous with the chips but the garlic bread was extra grilled. The chicken was a bit dry, I didn't finish it all which is why they got a 3.5 instead of four and the chips were a little warm. It's a nice branch looks wise and there's plenty of space for seats and to not be too squished up with the next person and it was clean.
