Long Street - Lower - Archive Review

It was my first Nando's experience. I went there with friends - must say, James was with us, which made the adventure of rating more fun ;) As a beginner, I didn't know the food, so I had to take my time to choose and all that. The staff was remarkable on that matter, as there was a not very plesant costumer behind me in line, probably too hungry as he was a bit grumpy (hehe, no offense), but the staff didn't rush me or anything, I even asked to cancel a juice I had miss-ordered and they were polite, didn't do any angry faces or anything. The speed of service varied, we were on a table of 5. 3 of us had their food straight away, 2 of us had to wait for a bit. The quality of food was good, I had never tried Nando's before, so I can't compare, but I was happy with my meal, I ordered lemon & herbs sauce and it tasted good. Decoration was alright. I liked it, even more to a fast food place, it seems they do put some thoughts on that. But after that experience I started to pay attention and I found other Nando's with a better decoration.
