3 of us went to nandos on a Friday night with a young child. We were served all evening by Raoul who was incredibly helpful. Gave me options to order at the till as I couldn’t find what I wanted on the app, went back and forth a number of times to serve us. I actually didn’t see him stop working the entire time I was there. I don’t think he even stopped for 5 minutes. Incredibly helpful and very polite. I hope you appreciate the great staff you have in such a difficult environment. He deserves a promotion
