Wow this is my 300th different Nando's branch! It's been quite a journey and still a long way to go to catch up with the likes of Ryan.
Number 300 wasn't particularly well planned, and ended up being the far from exotic Luton Hatters Way branch on a busy Thursday evening before the bank holiday weekend. Despite how busy it was the staff were running a very tight ship, with well organised seating attendants at the door, and fast service all round.
Highlight was when I ordered at the till and taught the friendly Nandoca that you can't redeem a red reward on a double wrap - she had no idea! I told her I know you can because I go to nandos twice a week every week. However when I then ordered a Nandino meal and asked her to remind me the sides she said (all very friendly) "I thought you go to nandos twice a week?" Touché!
Good itself was too quality tonight, with a very well prepared wrap and a huge portion of chips which was more than enough to share around. All piping hot and served very quickly. Another nice new touch was they asked if we want the sweet potatoes as a starter or main - I guess they've had one too many clients say waiting for their mains after ordering these!
Overall a quality experience for number 300. Bring on 301 tomorrow...
