Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
We were out for some lunch and we were served badly. It started at the till. We asked for a veggie sweet potato burger but instead they brought a side dish of sweet potato and waited for 30 mins just to get this miniscule dish.Then the manager came and apologised .Then we had to re-order the sweet potato burger. (we still had to pay for the side dish even though we did not even touch the damn dish). We had ordered for a pure vegetarian because she cant eat any meat.One waitress had brought a CHICKEN burger saying that it was a sweet potato burger. The vegetarian (who was my daughter) she had a bite from the burger and realised it was chicken.We were very disappointed in the food and on top of that we had to wait for 1 hour. The person that was taking the order was not in the right mind set to work. I don't think that these type of people should be working in Nando's. My friends said this restaurant was good and had top notch service.
