We visited the Manchester Fort branch 3 weeks after it was opened and were very impressed overall.
We had issues finding the branch as our TomTom could only lead us to the road rather than the retail park itself. Make sure you know where you're going before you set off! The good thing is that once you arrive, parking is free and right outside. There are various shops in the vicinity such as Argos, Game, PoundWorld, Boots and Thorntons.
Given that a group of 7 of us arrived at lunchtime on a Saturday, we were not expected to be seated straight away and were told that we would have a half an hour wait which gave some members of the party the chance to go and mooch around the shops. Our table was ready in 20 minutes and there was no queue to order our food. Food arrived promptly and was of a high standard. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any extra extra hot peri sauce but the waitress kindly brought me some in plastic containers, I still have some in the fridge!
One negative note was the fact that another waitress refused to take a photo of the group, something I still cannot quite understand!
You can tell that the branch is new, the decor is rather impressive including thought-provoking artwork and an open plan design which means the branch is immersed in natural light.
It's a shame the football match which I was in Manchester for didn't quite go to plan!

After a previous visit which was awful they provided us with a free meal voucher to compensate for there awful service / food when we revisited we had supreme service and food and great hospitality from one particular member of the team andy. Would defiantly go again!
