Manchester Fort - Anonymous Review

It was my birthday i had been treated horribly by a different restaurant which resulted in us walking out. We had booked the table to the restaurant we shall not name for 7.30. We had waited at that restaurant from 7.15 until 8.30 as they refused to sit us all down until everyone had arrived. By 8.15 when everyone has arrived they told us it would be another 30-45 minutes wait until we could be seated at a table. My birthday meal was ruined already by this point as we had waiting for so long. We decided to walk out and go to nandoes as we have all had good experiences there in the past. Me and 15 members of my family including 4 small children and baby arrived at nandoes In Manchester fort. It was already half full when we had arrived however the staff there were so helpful, even though they told us it could be a 30 minute wait, they sat us all down within 5-10 minutes, the children were given crayons and paper to keep them occupied and we ordered straight away. the food was on our tables within 20 minutes of us sitting down. All the staff we interacted with, were very polite and helpful, steffan who was the one who took our orders was very polite professional and very symptomatic towards our situation and it felt as though nothing was too much trouble for him, even though we were a loud boisterous family with a lot of demands from the children. We were very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff at Manchester fort and would recommend them to everyone.
