1 (>25 mins - Asked repeatedly. I need my Nando's)

1.5 (Very disappointing - cold, flavourless, burnt)

Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

40 mins after ordering we still didn’t have our food. I went to ask a member of staff. Eventually a manager came over and made an excuse about a Mis communication between staff. It’s now 50 mins since we ordered. Still no food and I’ve had to change my order to make it quicker. I wanted butterfly chicken breast but she said that would be 20 mins so I changed it to thighs so my meal would be quicker. I would like a phone call 07890 656412
