Mummy was in Manchester to be on a TV show to show everyone how bright she is, so Daddy drove us up there and decided we should go for a Nando's for the first time since all this Covid-19 melarchy began!

I was very excited to enter this Nando's which is in a retail park with loads of free parking right outside. The manager who greeted us was wearing a mask, very sensible! Daddy just about worked out how to scan the QR code and we were then shown to a nice table with nobody else near us to reduce the chance of spreading germs! I smiled at the lady and announced I was here for "dinna"!

Daddy quickly scanned another QR code on our table, logged into his account and ordered food for us very smoothly without having to go to the till, as that's how it has to be these days. Daddy also managed to redeem a red reward while ordering which was a bonus for Mummy who had a nice spicy dinner after filming!

Our starter arrived almost immediately and I stuck my hand straight in the houmous, it was glorious! I actually preferred the pitta without the houmous for some reason, but hey, I'm only 17 months!

As for my main, the highlight was certainly the chips! I didn't get that into the chicken, but I'm sure I will next time! At one point I had chips in my mouth, in both hands, on my lap and possibly on my head as well; it was incredible!

My fruity lolly for dessert was also quite yummy, but the best thing about it was shoving it in Daddy's mouth as a hilarious joke!

I also took it upon myself to wave and say bye to any customers who were leaving during my meal and at one point a whole family of six received the special AJ treatment. They thought I was the funniest and most courteous little boy that Nando's had ever seen!

The Nandocas were all very helpful and I smiled at each and every single one of them multiple times, including, turning around, standing up as much as I could on my high chair to wave at them and say "hiya" in my sweet voice. I think I made their day!

This was a great Nando's, but it's a bit far for me to come back any time soon unfortunately. Thanks to all the staff!
