Placed my food on the wrong table people started to eat it then told the waitress it was not there order she took it away and then tried to bring it me I said no thanks make it fresh the manager comes over says sorry it will be 15 minutes for fresh food whilst she is stood there the waitress delivers out food which by now is cold I complain again and the manager aka Karen delay tactic gob Shite proceeds to want a drama argument I said I’ll eat the chicken and left the rest of the cold food food and hygiene need to investigate these kind of practices I’ve been treated better in a sweaty kebab shop just avoid this place they obviously rely on the football trade because they’re not getting regular repeat customers with that shit customer service obviously no tip was left just a table that looked like no one enjoyed their food disgusting food and staff
