1 (Rude. Where is the Nando's spirit?)

5 (Under 5 mins - I had only just got back with my cutlery and sauce)

1.5 (Very disappointing - cold, flavourless, burnt)

The chicken was flavor less and as I asked for extra hot chicken tasted like it was just covered with extrahot topping on top of normal topping. When I went to ask the staff she was really rude saying what do I mean by that and I wasn't even asking to give me my money back. Being a customer don't we have right to give feedback. Such a rude staff . Nando's need to hire people who know the vale of customer service. I still love Nando's of course will have again but not in that store again.
