Coleslaw on our dinner was off. Staff dealt with it very well and offered alternative. Restaurant appeared dirty,unclean and in need of a good clean. Sauce bottles needed a good clean, tops of bottles had remnants of old sauce around tops, bottles were sticky and greasy and did not work properly.
Menus had food debris on and were greasy,tables were sticky. Food debris evident on floors and did not feel a clean environment for eating and serving food.

I always eat the boneless chicken thighs, in medium spice, with cheesy garlic bread and chips. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere is calm and lovely.

Had a lovely experience at nandos today it was my first time at the merry hill branch and all the staff were very warm and welcoming especially Jola and Jess treated my like I was royalty

A cracking meal out with my wife and 3 children. The restaurant was busy, so initially suggested there would be a wait of up to 15 minutes, but with a little bit of friendly persuasion they allowed us to sit in a '4 seater' booth. We probably could have squeezed another small family in there, but regardless we were pleased to be seated!

Great Staff and Food! We were welcomed at the door and offered a choice of tables inside and out. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was tasty and well presented. We were warned about a 25 minute wait on food when we ordered and were surprised when the food arrived earlier. The restaurant is lovely and clean though it was let down by the staircase needing a good deep clean and toilets needing a little attention. Other than that it was a great visit!!

Always fantastic staff, excellent customer service, excellent art and decore. Westfield need to get some heating or seal up the atrium area as that is well presented but under used as its very cold(until May!)

A newly openen Nandos in the Merry Hill Centre's new food court. Small and compacted. However only 1/4 full and still a long queue to order food! Has a large outside area with tables under a protective roof...wasted as it's still at outside temp! Also has a downstairs area....out of use at time of visit, this also has an outside area with tables. However the fire exit was locked with a large chain and pad lock!!

Went to this Nando's shortly after opening and was reasonably impressed. There may have been changes to some of the interior/exterior now, but when I went there was a very nice outside area that didn't have any heating lamps (unlike Birmingham Bullring), so it was not being used which was a shame as it was nice - lots of greenery.
