1 (Very dirty, nothing on walls, I wanted to leave!)

Absolutely appalling, the food was cold and took over 20 minutes to come! Very crowded and not pleasant to sit in, towards the end of my fucking visit my partners grandmother lent onto an outside gardening chair which was placed into slidy glass like floor indoors?! which she forwarded to slip upside down and snap a bone in her wrist !!!!public humiliated her and Staff were not personal space aware and also have not given any compensation due to “she put her hand down to support herself on the chair ” was their poor excuse she is a 61 year old woman with cysts in her knees how an earth could you be so disgusting!! Will never visit Nando’s in Merthyr Tydfil EVER AGAIN
