I haven't written a review for a while, and I thought since I deleted all my Middlesbrough reviews for a job interview, I better write some new ones!
This was a dangerous trip to Nando's as my friend had a hospital appointment soon after so we had to hope our food would arrive fast!
As has been said in the past, this branch is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Middlesbrough, so if you're shopping in the town centre you can easy walk there for a meal. It's near a cinema (right next door to it) and a gym, so you can burn off the meal after. There is a big car park nearby for the cinema and restaurants, but you can't park there and head into th centre to shop.. Not that they'd probably catch you.
Speed of Service - As I said, we had to hope our meal would arrive fast this time. We got seated straight away at one of our usual tables (we go every week, or more) we ordered quickly and our food arrived in about 10 minutes. So I must give the speed a 4/5.
Food - This was the first time for ages I've decided to go for 1/2 chicken rather than Butterfly, I'd been thinking my friends looked really nice each week, and mine today did look nice. It was delicious, well the breast was but as usual the leg was a bit bad. My garlic bread was a bit too soft but okay. I had a big portion of chips which were tasty. I will give the food 3.5 for this meal.
Decor - This branch has always seemed nice and new since it got redone a while ago, it has the usual Nando's artworks around the place, all good looking, I like the giant wooden doors for the toilets. Nothing really amazing though. 3/5 for decor.
Friendliness of Staff - As we visit often the staff mostly recognise us and are always friendly. We have chats with a few of them if they're working and have added a couple on Xbox and social media. 5/5 for friendliness.
Overall, I enjoyed this visit. We managed to get our food in time and scoff it for my friend to get to his hospital appointment. I might get 1/2 chicken again next time. I will give this trip a 4/5 because it did not disappoint.
