This central London store is close to Liverpool street train station and petticoat lane market. The large glass frontage shows off the 2 floors which are slightly up and slightly lower than street level.
It was the day of the Rate your Nandos review so there were a lot of chicken lovers in. I was lucky enough to be 3rd in line at the till so got my food very fast and what I wanted, the rest weren't so lucky!!! There were massive waits for some people in the group to get their food, some food was coming out burnt, they ran out of items on the menu (such as Haloumi cheese which they only had 2 portions of!) The staff seemed to be struggling a great deal, requests for mayo took 10 minutes to arrive and in general the serving staff seemed very confused when it came to bringing food out.
Great shame really that they messed up so much this day. I have marked them quite high based on my experiences in store but I was the exception to the rule rather than the norm as everyone else in the group got quite irate with waiting.
