I've visited the London Liverpool Street branch on various occasions and never seemed to be fully satisfied.

One time I went my wing platter took around 25-30 minutes before arriving. Since I had a train to catch I asked them if I could have the wings as a takeaway to take with me. To be fair to the staff, they obliged and also threw in an extra 10 wings to say sorry, which was a nice gesture.

On my most recent visit, my meal took around 15-20 minutes and my butterfly chicken was slightly over-cooked and rubbery.
