Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
I went in with my wife, they said there is no chicken available and will take 15 minutes, we agreed and waited... after 25 mins they served the chicken, which was all white and not cooked... i asked a one of the staff about it, her name is Juan... she said let me see what i could do, than she came back and said we will prepare you another pieces... we said ok and waited... it took further time and it was ok... but i said to her instead of serving it we would like to take it away... she repied that you guys have eaten here and now also taking this away... that was really disappointing and rude... i called the manager, her name is Anita and complained about her, and also showed her the first uncooked chicken which was still in plates... i left what they have packed for take away and complained to the manager about the staff, juan is very unprofessional and rude, i paid for nice food not for uncooked, amd also i was not there to be judged for their mistakes... hope nandos keep their standerds up and hire professional people. Thanks
