Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:
My 99th Nando's turned out to be a memorable one which impressed me for various reasons. To start with, the selection of colourful, dangled lights coming down from the ceiling give the restaurant a unique feel to it.
We were seated next to the froyo machine and water dispenser which had its pros and cons; getting water could be done without moving but the rumblings of the froyo machine did cause me to jolt during my meal a couple of times! Unfortunately we didn't get to see what seating was like upstairs but all seemed spacious and pleasant.
Houmous with peri drizzle to start went down well, perfect houmous:pitta ratio! The mains were good all round except my extra hot half chicken wasn't at all spicy. The Nandocas did their bit and really seemed to take pride in caring about their customers.
I'd fully recommend this Nando's and there is also a decent pub across the road for a post-Nando's drink. Bring on Nando's 100!
