Milton Keynes - Xscape - Marc Joss Review
A trip back to London from the West Bromwich Albion training ground before rush hour gave me an outstanding chance to tick off an unvisited Nando's and split up the journey home. I went for Milton Keynes Xscape Nando's, having already visited two of the other Nando's in central MK. There is ample parking at this Nando's in the form of an outdoor car park, although it will set you back 20p per 15 minutes.
Nando's is located in the middle where you walk in under the giant screen and it's quite a good looking one! There are plenty of comfortable booths and interesting lighting dotted throughout the branch, as well as a more private seating area on the other side of the stairs leading up to the toilets where some of the staff were having a meeting.
I went for chicken thighs for my red reward, although I was sad to discover I couldn't have sweet potato mash as my side but had to order two regular sides instead. I was happy with my peri chips and garlic bread in hindsight as I made open chicken thigh sandwiches with perinaise and had the remaining two with the plentiful peri chips portion. The thighs were delicious and absolutely covered in sauce. I have to give the food a five as I could still taste the spiciness when I was close to London!
All in all this was a very good Nando's visit and I'd fully recommend Xscape Milton Keynes!
