I went there with my family on Sunday and we had a wonderful experience and our server was great.

I also wanted to review the Cranbourne Nandos truck and say there is need for better customer service. I went there today and they got my order wrong. I had to drive back and requested that they fix the order and they initially denied claiming they dont take returns. I was getting agitated and other customers started to notice and then he fixed my order. Not a single apology was received and after buying $32 of food a simple i am sorry goes a long way. I apologize for reviewing this nandos truck here but there isnt a place for us to review them. They keep the receipts so i cant confirm our order number.

Msasa location was amazing though. You need an air conditioner though.
