Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

I had an appalling experience at Nando’s Nantgarw branch on Christmas Eve, which left me deeply upset. The visit began with food that was completely burnt and unfit to eat, despite our request for it to be cooked “well done.” When we raised the issue with the manager, J.C., we were met with dismissiveness and condescension, with comments like “Cool, mate,” and no effort to resolve the issue.

The situation escalated when another staff member rudely told us to “get lost,” and J.C. instructed us to leave the restaurant with a dismissive “shoo” gesture. As we left, the entire team stood watching us, making intimidating hand gestures—even in front of my young children. This was humiliating, hostile, and completely unacceptable.

The unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from the staff was shocking and entirely at odds with Nando’s values of inclusivity and respect. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
