My food delivery order didn’t arrive. The manager of this branch Ayrton refused to send me out another order even when I offered to pay for a cab to send it in he said no he wouldn’t do that then rudely slammed the phone down on me when I pointed out that they had taken my money and not delivered the food I paid over £28 for. He was trying to pass the buck to that pointless shower Deliveroo saying I needed to contact them. I paid my Money to Nando’s of New Malden. I had to contact their head office to get a refund processed. Then this delivery driver had the audacity to turn up over an hour late with a cold gloopy mess splattered around a paper bag which he just plonked down on my doorstep and walked away. I had to chase after him to give the inedible farce back. I will never order Nando’s again or eat in their restaurants again after this and I was a regular diner.
