New Malden - qprvicky Review
I visited my favourite Nando's with some bonus guests. As well as mother and I, we had my goddaughter (7) and her brother (4). I've only ever had to order the kids menu from Nando's once before but with the two of them it was going to be a new experience. Children's menus were provided without asking (an improvement on my previous experience), and the kids had a great time doing the activities. There was a bit of a wait for the food but the kids were occupied so that didn't matter. The food came out and was delicious as always. The kids complained that theirs was a bit spicy (even though they ordered plain) and I've heard other people say that when they've ordered plain too. I like spice, but for those that don't and for kids, it's a shame they don't have a separate area of the grill for those who want plain. I scraped the chicken and gave them some ketchup and all was good with the world again!
We've had a few instances where we cannot get the pudding we like (mother is obsessed with the caramel cheesecake). I've even before now checked when ordering and there was some left and it had gone when we were ready to pay. This time I specifically asked them to keep them aside and they did. We had ours when the kids had their lollies and mother was very happy (which frankly is the important thing).
