Used the app to order, ordered the mushroom, 5 minutes later we were told it wasn't available and would we like to order something else in its place, we opted for 3 wings which was accepted....then a manager came down and said no due to the price difference so we said to refund the mushroom. 10 minutes pass and my burger appears in the kitchen window, another 10 minutes pass and we were told broccoli was now off the menu and at this point we just asked for the lot to be refunded as we were leaving. I went to the till, manager handed me money, went outside and my partner checked how much I was given as she had placed the order, I had been left €10 short!!! Back in and got sorted. Ended up going to Eddie Rockets where we got a great service!!!
