Me and my wife attended silverlink Nando’s, on arrival the man said it was 25 mins wait we asked to sit in the seating waiting area which had no people at all waiting. He said we couldn’t had to wait outside in the middle of winter because these seats were over ran at times by delivery drivers. Yet no one was even there. We then drove to cramlington Nando’s 5 mins away. Absolutely absurd, Nando’s is primarily a restaurant and I’ve always frequently attended it. To say that the customer waiting are is not available when no is is in it is really bad service this will be my last attendance at Nando’s.
