The visit to Nandos Northpark felt like a complete rip off.
My family and I ordered through the QR code and only after paying were told they cannot offer chips as the fryer was not working.
We were offered an alternate side, but decent customer service would be giving customers a heads-up prior to paying. The worker also forgot to make the alternate side until we reminded them. The burgers were disappointingly small for the price. When we were there, there was no one at the counter for ages, while two customers were waiting with one customer eventually leaving.The quality of service, bad communication with customers and overall dull atmosphere is usually a result of bad management.
